Pitt Angelina Jolie in Cambodia to begin filming "First They Killed My Father" in the role of director and co-author of the script.

According to the Daily Mail, 40-year old actress met with colleagues in Siem Reap. Known Angelina can here to month 1/2016 to make this film.
The film is scheduled for release in late 2016. According to Netflix, the film story is told from the perspective of a 5 year old boy lived through the genocide under the Khmer Rouge.
First Killed My Father is adapted from the memoir of the same name written in the period of Khmer Rouge Cambodia dominate human rights activists Luong Ung Cambodia. It's heartbreaking story about life under the Khmer Rouge Cancer, under the reign of Pol Pot, and the journey to escape the killing fields of her in 1970.
The film starring adopted son Maddox in Cambodia, 14, of Angelina. Maddox also assist in the production crew.
Talking about the film, Angelina said she was fascinated and decided to move to the memoir into a film after reading works of more than ten years ago.
"I am deeply disturbed by the work of Luong," Angelina said. "The book gives me a deep understanding of how children exposed to war, and that the memory of the psychological impact of how".
"It also helps me get a more realistic picture of the Cambodian people, the homeland of my son," share more female directors.
"The film is quite dry like this to enjoy, but to see this movie are very important."
Angelina also share the making of the film hardly easy. "Netflix has made this success possible. I am very much looking forward to working with them and are excited at the thought of the film will be coming with more people. "
Author of Luong Ung expressed confidence in Angelina soon as he met her in 2001 in Cambodia.
"Over the years, we became close friends, and I admired the woman may just motherhood, a movie and a humanitarian activist," says author memoir.
"This is a great honor to entrust my family's story into a film for Angelina."
